Question about 2005 Pontiac G6
Electronics in automobiles are becoming extremely complex. The cluster will likely have to be flashed with the correct programming at a dealer once it's replaced. The actual replacement of the cluster may not require much more then a few simple hand tools. However having it work correctly or at all once replaced will require a special handheld computer with the correct software. Unfortunately for this problem it looks like the best option is to bring it to repair facility with the correct equipment.
