have 2000 chevrolet suburban. had car alarm installed over a year ago. car has not been startin. sumtims can wait 15 mis and will start or up to a whole day then will start, replaced fuel pump and now car wont start, called dealer they say need to be reset and costs $500. dont have that. please sumone help. thanks
