I have the same problem on my 2005 Honda Accord. I did not notice it and my truck was full of water. Had no idea what had caused it. Happened again this weekend.

My 1990 Honda Accord does this too.
When I wash it or when it rains. If I open the trunk/deck lid water flows out of the right rear tail light housing into the trunk.

Solution: get some rubber gasket sealant and apply under the lower gasket around the rear window on each side at the corners. Allow for drying time. Close the trunk and try some water if this doesn't work you will likely have to replace the rear window seal.

Best of luck.

Every time it rains we have water in the wheel well in our 2005 honda accord ex

If your EX has a spoiler on the trunk it may be leaking around one of the bolt holes. That's where they usually leak. Check your trunk seal for any tears.

Honda accord tourer - water in boot/trunk

water could possibly be gaining access from window seals or wiper stems or ariel stem or it only needs a small crack in the chassis welding. can be real troublesome to find.

Rain water is getting in, through my trunk I believe, and soaking my back seat.

its along way from the trunk to the back seat. check the back window, and the doors, get a water hose and have someone inside check it for a leak. Water in the trunk is usually caused by bad seals at the tail lights. But water in the trunk usually stays in the trunk and spare tire area. If the car has been wrecked, then who knows.

Anyone has issue with water getting into the Trunk when it rains? no rust, no holes, or missing rubber seal around the inside of the trunk. I was wondering if anyone knows the cause. I have this issue for...

Usually the leak is related to the seal around the tail lights, you can remove your tail light very simply by removing the 4 10mm nuts that hold it in.

My floorboards are all wet, front and back and now indows were open. what could that be? somebody said something about the moonroof. Also, I have a leak in the trunk. it appears to be coming from the slot...

It is usually easy to find leaks with a hose, because that is higher pressure then rain. But wheel wells are also common places where water gets in, because of the splash pressure.
Don't forget that the fresh air vent drain outside, in front of the windshield can also get plugged. This will bringin water through the heater.

Similarly with the trunk, have someone get inside with a flashlight, and use the hose to simulate rain.

The trunk is leaking rain into the interior

buy some foam spray from a can spray it around trunk seam bottom not trunk lid. close trunk to let it dry and shape foam. also check for any holes in trunk. remove all padding to look for wholes. spray foam into any holes found. this foam can also be trimmed after it dries and hardens.

Water is leaking into the drivers side floor when it rains

let's try something here and see if works,
get a garden water hose and put the most pressure near where you see leaking water and have someone inside the car look for it.
