I could be your fuel filter. Check to see if you are getting fuel at your fuel rail connection. hope this helps, Rick

I have a 1993 chevy s-10 blazer 4.3 vortec 4x4 , Was driving and it just died, when i went to restart it , it wouldn't start, i noticed i didnt hear the fuel pump come on, I did a test and bye passed...

You need to check the crank sensor, this controls tthe injector pulse. If it will attempt to start with alternate fuel but not on its own, it sounds like the injectors arent pulsing, so your not getting fuel. Try the crank sensor first.

your fuel pump is starting to go bad...blazars are notorious for fuel pump problems and if if is the pump dont use the cheap aftermarket one.... within the next 30k it might come back again..by a dealer stock pump. let me have some feedbacor rate this, thanks.

Car is not gettin Gas

you could have a clogged fuel filter you didnt say if you have replaced it ;the fuel pickup in the tank could also be getting clogged when engine is off the trash in the tank settles down then when it cranks it runs for a few minutes until the trash clogs it up again

96 blazer not getting fuel!

Sounds like the gas tank is coming down, if you have no pressure than the pump has no output. If you hear the whurring sound and then it stops, check the pressure. If no pressure the pump is bad. It comes as one assembly with sending unit and inside screen filter.

I have a 1987 k5 blazer was coming home and check eng. light came on and started to sputter the next morning the fuel pump would not come on and it wont start??

first ... look in the fuse panel.. in the engine compartment near the battery for the fuel pump relay.... replace that... if still no sound from the fuel pump it has likely failed. use a meter to test for voltage at the fuel pump.... or use a car battery to apply voltage to the fuel pump directly... if it starts up the issue is elsewhere. to replace the fuel pump you will likely need to drop the fuel tank.

My 1996 s10 blazer wont start it has new fuel pump and has spark. I changed the spider but still wont start

Like Kristisamp Said check the Fuel pump relays, they are little black box shaped fuses in the glove box, there are 3 of them, I think there may be a cover over them so you can see it......
Take the cover off and there you go......
I have a 96 blazer 2 door that had the same problem, I repalced thes relays and Bam!!! fired right up........

Fuel pump 2000 chevy blazer

Check your connections. did you run the fuel pump wiring under the drivers side door sash like GM did?.. if so check for nicks in the wire or bending or cracks.. this happens.. happened to me. check your fuel pressure. 40 dollar part at an auto store. If its below 59 PSI it wont work. And blazers are very intolerable to low fuel pressure. Also try taking the negative post off your battery for a little while and then putting it back on and if you can get it started again drive around (if its safe and running decent) for at least 30 minutes to get your car computer system acclimated to a new functioning part. Did you check the fuel filter?. rule of thumb when a pump goes change the filter its always the last thing people expect because we all jump to catastrophic engine failure at the first no start moment. lol.
Make sure that all your ducks are in get my drift.. Air oxygen fuel thats the mixture you need to check all those vital parts. before pulling your head off.
