Question about 2000 Plymouth Neon
I have a 2000 plymouth neon and the horn does not work. What do I need to do? Do I need to fix the horn or is it more than that?
There are a few things that it could be.
The horn is defective. You can test it by hooking 12v to it directly.
The relay is defective.
The horn switch is defective
The fuse is blown.
There is no power to the circuit.
First check fuse.
Second check horn.
Third check horn switch or bypass switch to test
Fourth check relay.
