You have to take the door panel off, there are two bolts that hold it on from the inside. Remove the rod that connects the handle to the door latch. You don't have to take it completely off, just remove where it is clipped the to handle. Make sure the window is rolled up before removing the door panel.

I have lost my keys and have tried to take off the passenger door handle...I have removed the 10mm bolt closest to the front of the vehicle very easy, however the second bolt between the lock and the door...

There is a very easy solution to this problem. Get the vehicle identification number of your vehicle you can call the dealership and get a new set of keys made and it doesn't cost that much to do. This will save you alot of time and frustration trying to remove the door handles

Drivers door wont open

You need to remove the inner door panel (will have a couple screws in the inner door handle and push pins around the outside. Inside the door are thin metal rods connected by plastic connectors. Check all the connectors, especially at the inner and outer handles. If they both failed at the same time, I would suspect the latch itself.
