Hand brake light on dash intermittant. Switch at hand brake is ok

check the brake fluid level. the brake fluid can be low and comes on when stopping or going around curves. the brake fliud level sensor uses the same brake light as the parking brake. if the fliud is low check the pads and /or shoes for wear.

Replaced all 4 dics brakes how do you bleed them

well if you didnt squeeze the calipers in using a tool or c-clamp then there is a bleeder screw on the back of the caliper youll need 2 people for this operation.

1 start car
2 pump brakes till as tight as they will go and hold it to the floor
3 second person undoes the bleeder screw after all fliud or air is gone retightens it(the preson in the car still has brake depressed until vavle is closed)
4 repeat till small amount of pedal travel.

Brakes are going to the floor most of the way checked rear brakes and they are still good bleed them and problem still there

Normally when the brake pedal goes almos to the floor it is an indication of low brake fluid. Low brake fluid is an indication that front and/or rear brakes are wearing. As the brake pads wear down more brake fluid will be required in the wheel cylinders or calipers. Hint, the front brakes usually wear much faster than the rear due to the fact that the fronts due a much greater braking function that the rear. Check the front pads. Don't let them get down to the metal scraping metal stage before you change them out. This causes unnessary damage to the rotors. Look at your master cylinder on the firewall under the hood in front of the steering wheel. If the fluid level is belowhte "max" mark add fluid. Low fliud should also show as a red "brake" light on your dash, but not always.

How do I fill brake fluid? My brake pedal goes all the way to the floor.  I think I need to add fluid. The other cars I've seen the brake fluid was in a reservoir on the drivers side of the engine

You need to do more than just adding fluid. There must be a leak some where in the brake lines. You need to fix that than add fliud and bleed all the brakes. If you don't your brakes won't work right.

Clutch pedal does not recoil

The clutch master could have leaked its fluild at the slave, line or master itself, Master brake fliud willl be found under the carpet behind the clutch pedel The master is next to the brake master and looks the same only smaller remove the lid add brake fliud and hand pump the clutch pedal. ( Pull up from floor ) this can take alot of pumps. The pressure plate can have gone through and its destroyed the clutch will need replaced and the job should be done by a mechanic that has done the work before this is not a good car to learn the job on as mistakes are very expensive. A good mechanic not learning the job on your car will charge for this work and $800 is likly

here are the possibility, air in the brake line, brake line has a hole, no brake fliud, master brake cylinder bad.
need to bleed the brake lines and see if there is ahole in any of the brake lines. if not, then your master brake cylinder need to be replaced.

My 1999 chevy tracker 78k miles rear drivers side leaks a fliud and makes a light scrubbing noise brakes and drums were replaced it may have something to do with 4wheel drive axle i was told has anyone had...

Is the fliud a lite clear brown/tan (brake fliud) or is it a dark black colour (gear oil)? It sounds like you have a brake fluid leak. Check your steel line on the rear axle and then remove the wheel and drum and check the wheel cylinder. Top up your Master cylinder and bleed the brakes. You might find the light scrubbing noise gone.
