a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I bought a truck from someone and never get the truck. I tried a lawyer, police, state adv.SEEMS TO ME NO ONE CAN HELP!! I am desperate. Please, what must I do? I can,t afford a lawyer anymore.

Hello Susan Cronj,

Lest you forget...
stealing, bunko, *****... is a CRIME...POLICE REPORT.

If this is a CAR DEALER... contact the State...
(Un-limited power, (BBB... (meh...maybe)).

or try one of your local TV crusaders...FIRST.

Here in the USA we have to write a demand letter...

If your LAWYER was even 1/2 FAST they have already done that...

Check that the time limits have not already expired... varies by STATE...

and get on down to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT....

Small FEE... and Plenty of free service to help you file your case.

You get your day in court... Pro-se
(lawyer free... SELDOM a good idea).

The first time I tried it two TV Judges wanted to BUY (pay air-fare + judgement costs) the case for television but neither Judge Judy nor Judge Mathis could do the CALIFORNIA $10,000... and by the time I filed...
I was ANGRY...

I got my $$$$... but I was younger then...

Take away (key learning... Judges get LIED to more than POLICE... They think EVERYBODY is guilty...

You'd be wiser to drive down the road and throw your money out the window... but hey (It's the principle).

Are the people who appear on the judge shows actors or legitimate complainents or witnesses

On most it's the actual people. On the better shows (Joe Brown, Judge Judy, Peoples Court, etc.) a case has to be filed before the show will consider it.

Battery goes dead overnight, could starter do it even though truck has no prob. starting after boost and or no prob. starting if battery terminals taken off overnight and in morning get hooked back up

Have the alternator tested for low output...when running, could be producing enough volts to keep 10-11...Your recharging system requires 14 + volts to recharge properly while running...there are also times when the starter has a short, that can cause your overnight low battery too...These tests should be free at your local parts stores.

Do I have any legal recourse? A notice from the Department of Public Safety said that my driver's license would not be renewed because the City of Hawkins had filed against me on a Citation issued

I really don't think your city ordinance has any authority whatsoever upon your driving privileges. Matter of fact, the two have nothing to do with each other. You need to speak to an attorney. May be variables involved which involve your city or county laws in place which permit such penalties when addressing property blight situations. good luck

Well i am being taken to court over a car that came into the shop with a coolant leak on a 4.6L norhtstar and the tech found a leaking water pump housing cover. he resealed the cover and re psi checked...

its could be a misdiagnosis, but the customer drove the car till it overheated and caused the head gaskets to go bad, head gaskets don't just "blow" for no reason, overheating is the number one cause. Did you do a Block Check? if not, why not. I know you found a coolant leak the first time, but it should have been block checked when customer returned with a overheating problem. You being experienced with Cadillac should know all there is to know about that POS Northstar engine. You said you replaced the radiator, on suspicion, a bad radiator should be diagnosed with a IR temp gun. Never replace parts on a whim. I feel bad for you, but the judge may not.

My sunroof was replaced on my 2000 mercury mountaineer 2 1/2 months ago by an autobody shop. (it got busted in an accident) it has been leaking ever since. (never did before) i have taken back 6 times,...

Hello, I can give you some advice about this so please don't slam me for not having a diagram. If you put an Insurance claim, then you can go to your Insurance carrier about this problem. Although the shop was paid to fix your vehicle, the shop will want more Insurance work in the future. Having a bad repair history does not get a shop repeat business.

If you paid with a Credit card, there are some Premium cards which will intercede for shoddy or defective merchandise. Its another angle to get your vehicle properly repaired.

You are right about the Legal stuff. One problem you will have is your State law about Dollar limits on suits. Small Claims has a limit, higher amounts will need to go to a higher level Court. You must file in the proper Court for the amount of money you wish to collect.

Now about your Sunroof. I suspect that your problem could be a blocked drain. It is quite possible to make matters worse by chalking or sealing the sunroof so much that a drain is blocked. You could also have fragments of glass jammed in the drain lines. Sometimes you can use air pressure to clear the line, but if something is really embedded, the lines would need to be pulled out and replaced.

Some of the vehicles require removal of the Headliner to even work on the Sunroof and that requires talent and the right tools. You also need to Identify the Manufacturer of the Sunroof. Ford Motor, like other Car companies, had more Suppliers 10 Years ago and more than 1 Supplier could have made Models to fit your Mountaineer's Sunroof.

I tell alot of my clients to go to a Salvage yard and see junk vehicles for an idea about how this stuff is built. You may be able to find some drain lines and see where they go and rip them out for your shop to install. Don't under rate the help that Parts Counter people at Ford or Mercury Dealerships can give you. I have found they are all eager to supply photos straight out of their look-up computers.

I hope my solution is very helpful to you and Good luck on this problem.

Timing diagram

If you have a standard VAG 1.9TDI I think you will find that everything like timing is managed by the electronics. Yes, the camshaft / fuel injection pump / crankshaft timing must be mechanically correct first of all, but after that there is little you can do to alter it.

If you think you have a timing problem - and I have had a few myself - I'd recommend getting a fault code readout from the on-board diagnostic system.

If you have already done that and still think the timing is out even though the garage has told you they checked it and it is spot on, then you could have a worn keyway on the cambelt pulley on the end of the crankshaft. That's a pain - I know.

Anyway, if these suggestions do help you solve the problem, please give my reply a rating to help others judge my knowledge / guessing skills. If they do not, please add a comment with more details so I can try to help you further. Cheers, D
