it sounds like your timing chain needs replacing. Better get it seem to quick in case of trouble if it breaks.

I HADE A SIMLER PROBLEM IT TURND OUT TO BE A LOOSE SPARK PLUG CHECK THEM

Tapping sound can be coming from loosely adjusted valve tappets or worn lobes of the camshaft.
