Question about 1999 Ford Crown Victoria
My ford crown victoria police interceptor 99 which i have used for the last 2 years travelling 50000km in Saudi Arabia has developed a problem. During idling or at low speed under 40 km , the car starts bubbling and the ac stops working.when i increase speed till about 70-80 after pressing hard the acc pedal, suddenly the car jumps up and comes to the normal functioning. Any solution???
You mean 70-80 kph? because in mph that is very fast! check your thermostat, and if its not a problem with the thermostat sticking , it may be a problem with your water pump

Sounds like you're LOW on Coolant, it's overheating, and when you're romping on it, you're forcing ram air in to make it go, or it drops out of limp/overheat mode...
Check coolant levels, keep an eye on your gauges to make sure you're not overheating

i have ran into 2 issues in these vehicles---if it binds while sitting still also, check the steering shaft, i have found the u-joints in the shaft tighten up and binds dangerously tight---if they are free, sounds like you may have a steering box issue or restriction in a line---hope this was helpful!!

For check passenger compartment fuse panel, is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.
Other details and descriptrions can find it in 2003 Ford Crown Victoria - Owners Manual (page 164 and next).
Hope helps (remember rated this).
