You need to go to a local mechanic it is a problem underneath to car the tank is worn away and there is a hole in it and after a long rain there are puddles on the road and water is getting in the hole

If you are getting spark to the plugs and fuel spray, and you have compression and the spark is at the right time, you should have explosion. Is it possible the valve timing is off - timing chain issues ? Are the new plugs fuel-fouled ?
Lets start off like this there is 50 different things that can cause these issues but will start with the simple things in a list. So here it goes
1. bad spark plugs (carbon fouled,fuel fouled,oil fouled, heat glazed, or just worn out rounded electrode's ) 2. spark plug wires (there is no simple way to check this but there cheap and easy to try) 3. distributor cap & igniton rotor (or coil pack if so equipped) could be corroded carbon glazed heat glazed again thought both rotor button and distributor cap are cheap and easy to change. If it is a coil cheap to and just as easy on both this is were plug wires connet to on the oppsite end of spark plugs. 4. coil pick up (this sits underneath distributor cap and rotor and is cheap and easy to fix aswell) 5. clogged air filter 6. bad pcv valve 7. bad egr valve 8. bad fuel pressure regulator 9.bad fuel pump or clogged strainer 10. vaccum line leaking or off
I know with all that being said may sound overwelming but most are easy to fix and cheap this is what i would so first do a good tune up this includes new spark plugs , plug wires, air filter , pcv valve,fuel filter distributor cap and rotor (or coil pack if so equipped ) .
That will most likley fix your problem

A random misfire code is usually a p0300 and this is usually caused by a clogged/restricted catalytic converter or exhaust system. Lets say this is a v8 if a certain cylinder wasn't firing it would be a p0301 or p0307 for example in which I'd suggest for you to inspect your spark plugs to see if they are fouled and then to test the circuit for a good spark by placing your plug wire with plug installed against the manifold and have someone crank the motor. A high voltage spark will be white or slightly light blue a weak spark wolud be an orange/reddish color which would denote a faulty plug wire/coil pack/ignition coil etc etc. A mechanic or shop with a dwell meter can cancel out each cylinder to determine if that's at fault but my money's on the cat.
Try and find, first of all, a hotter plug. Second of all, I'd watch your dipstick very close. Add a hotter (210F) thermostat, get it hot quicker. Finally, if all else fails, you may need to put on new valve guides, or check your rings.
Are they fouling out? Too much fuel making them load up? Or is a weak coil causing them to fail when the car sucks in more fuel under load?
Have your coil tested at a parts store or take it to a mechanic and have it given the once over.
Leaky injectors could be fouling them out too. If you coil checks out you may want to pull the injectors and have them leakdown tested.
This involves taking the injectors off the engine so you will probably want a mechanic to do this for you as well.

swap your plug over with one from another cylynder-if new plug in 2 still fouls then its not the plug its the lead or the distributer cap-check inside distributer cap for thin black lines runniing from one contact to another-its called arcing,you cant cure it ,buy a new cap
