1. The sides of the bumper are held to the body with a single screw/bolt. Take these out.
2. Open bonnet
3. You will now see several 10mm bolts holding the bumper to the main body. These need to be taken out.
4. The sides (just underneath the headlight) are held in place by white plastic clips. Carefully pull the sides away from the clips.
5. From the front carefully pull the bumper out from the main body.

How to remove a 1984 Toyota celica gt front park/signal lens assy.

Can't picture the 84 model in my mind, but from experience if there are no visible screws then it is bolted on from behind(if in the bumper assembly) If it is part of /next to the headlight assy then you will probably have to remove the headlight trim and possibly the headlight also. From there you should find some type of retaining device (or combination of them) a screw or bolt and possibly a snap in socket of some kind.

I am having a problem trying to replace the low beam headlight bulbs( yes, both sides) for my 2002 Toyota Celica GT. The owners manual doesn't give clear directions for removing the headlight assembly....

Sorry, this is one of those you have to feel for the socket to remove it. did you check the fuse, it is rare that both low beam bulbs would go out at the same time. Don't remove the front bumper what ever you do, it is a nightmare and an accidental deployment of the airbag could occur.

Change head lite bulbs 2000 toyota GTA

The easiest way to change them is to remove the 3 bolts that hold the headlight in place, 1 is directly on top of the headlight, 1 can be seen thru the upper radiator support(of course be sure to remove the plastic engine compartment covers if they are installed), and the 3rd is hidden underneath the front bumper cover, to remove the front bumper cover, move aside the inner wheel well panel nearest the sidemarker lights, pull the bumper cover off slighty fron a plastic snap lock that lines up the bumper with the fender, you should see the bolt as soon as you pull the bumper cover. Each bolt is a 10mm patern so I recommend a small ratchet with extension, once you remove the bolts, the headlights come right off. You might have a rubber cover over where the headlight bulbs are located, simlpy unscrew it, or pull it off whatever your vehicle has, I believe the bulb type is H7, its a standard low-beam bulb, keep in mind the passengerside headlamp is attached to the windshield washer refill reservoir which snaps in and out of place. Install is reverse procedure, I hope this helps, and if you need, go to Newcelica.org for ANYTHING Celica related.

Replace fog light on a 1993 2.2L Celica GT

The bulb is removed from the back side & the lens is sealed to keep it waterproof and shouldn't be removed.

On most of these, you have to get access from behind, even if it means you have to remove the unit itself, or parts of the car, to gain access to the rear. Once you do, it's an easy replacement.
good luck.

How to replace headlights without breaking assembly.

You are supposed to remove the front bumper to take the headlight out.

However if you remove the vertical philips/10mm bolt at the far back edge of the bumper and a few of the upper 10mm bolts on the bumper cover, you can pull the bumper down far enough to access the one hidden bolt on the side of the headlight.
Just be careful you do not damage the paint when doing so.
