Broken seat adjustment wire under driver's seat... How do I remove the driver's seat (2000 Saturn SL1)?

On the 90s S models there were two screws holding the rails in front and two in back. remove those bolts, disconnect the battery and then the seat belt light wiring plug and the thing should come right out.

Driver seat stuck all the way back, manual adjustment - 2009 Camry

I just had the same problem with a Toyota Corolla 2009. The seat was stuck all the way back, I could move just 1 setting "click" front and back. This happened after I picked up the car at the car wash.

I took the front seat + tracks completely out (4 14mm screws) to discover it was a QUARTER stuck in the track, near the seat belt buckle mount. That was preventing the seat to move.

Hope it helps you or anyone else having the same problem!

2001 VW Beetle. The driver's front seat adjuster

I'm assuming you have manual adjustment seats. There is a spring underneath the seat that locks the end of the lever into corresponding notches in the seat frame rail. That spring has either fallen off or broken.

Car windowa won't go back up

The problem could be a broken window motor, switch or actuator. I would replace all three that way you know they are good. You can get a lot of good parts off of eBay or other websites at a resonible price.

I just purchased a 2007 jeep liberty sport

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty and the smae lever that tilts the seat also moves it forward and back. Press forward or back on the switch. Also check for blown fuse or a loose wiring connector under the drivers seat. Good luck, Techjoel
