Question about 2000 Saturn SL
This happened to my Saturn for years even after I went to the dealership to fix it many times!! Finally my boyfriend at the time just told me to order the part he thought was the reasoning behind the problem so he could replace it himself. It was as easy as replacing the TPS sensor. After that was very easily replaced it has never rev'd like that again. You can get one at any saturn dealership in the parts department by just telling the person behind the counter your make and model. I am telling you this is probably the problem.
