If you can still turn the switch then your in luck. under the colum were the screws are to hold that cover there will be an blank hole. get something thats strong enough to push up and then turn the switch and pull out. reverse proceedure. if not detailed enough let me know

You'll have to get the broken piece out
Then buy two or more keys at the dealer, and then,insert into ignition ,and program,assuming you have an owners manual to look that up
