Question about 1994 GMC Safari
1994 safari van. battery drains after a week or so . replaced battery with new one and it drained. have been told it is the fusible link. okay great i said. the only problem is i cannot locate one in all of sacramento, ca. not a auto store, dealer, recyclers . help.
It is not the fusible link, if that was the problem it would not start at all. There is an open circut some where that is draining the power. Start disconnecting non esential devices, radios, TVs that sort of thing until you trace it down. And if you have an alarm on it check that first.
