2005 buick rendezvous left brakelight will stop working after driving for about 10/15 minutes.have replaced bulb and checked fuses now it doesn't work at all

I would suspect a bad socket, this type that use the push in bulbs,(like a 3057 and 3157) are known for bad contact even if it looks good. Try to wiggle the bulb to see if it lights up, if so replace the socket. Hope this helps and good luck.

Turn signal doesn't work. Is there a known problem?

If the front and back signal light do not work, but the flasher on your cluster works then STEP 1:turn signal switch on,check for current at the fuse,if power at this point then problem is after fuse.STEP2:if power at fuse check for power and ground at the light bulb harnes.(make sure light bulbs are not burned out by testing them with the unit that works by switching them)

When thr headlights are on the tail lights dont come on. the bulbs are new. the break lights come on when breaks are applied. and i changed the fuse but as soon as i put a new one in it blows... i have...

You have a short is your tail light wiring somewhere. Check all the socket where the bulbs go in on your tail lights and parking lights (front). Look for corrosion or melted wires or socket clean or replace if nessary. If all thats is okay start tracing wires back from the lights look for bare wire touching each other or the body of the car. If you have a trailer wiring kit on your car I would start there they are known to cause problems.

1988 pathfinder no dash lights no revers lights no tail lights no gaiges

If they all stopped working at the same time then it is probably a fuse or possibly 2. Check your fuse panels in the dash and under the hood. The dash lights and gauges should be a fuse labeled instrument cluster or guages, it is probably blown. The other fuse to look for will be the tail light fuse. This is where I would begin.

I have a 1990 jetta with no headlights

Which fuses did you replace, the very large ones, are they still OK or blown again. If so there is a dead short somewhere.

If OK check each bulb, has been known for two to be blown.

20 amp fuse for brake lights continually blows out

you have a short in the wiring to your brake circuit.check the pedal switch,it could be cracked and shorting out.those switches are known for having the tail lights stay on until you hit it a few times.the other thing to check is the light assemblies.there may be enough corrosion to cause a short.instead of a fuse, wire a bulb across an open fuse.when the short shows up the bulb will light.use a 25 watt bulb.

Turn signals and back up lights dont work, bulbs and fuses good. Blinker lights only work in dash when emergency flashers are on.

Test the circuit board wires on the back side of your taillights where the bulbs go in to see if power is going there with the blinker on, if yes replace the circuit board (quite common with these trucks). If there is no power back there check your flasher relays for each turn signal, assuming they dont click off and on when you tip the turn lever. if all else fails, head for the multifunction switch behind your steering wheel inside the column that your turn signal/wiper/cruise control lever is connected to.
