Here are the possibility, air in the brake line, brake line has a hole, no brake fliud, master brake cylinder bad.
need to bleed the brake lines and see if there is ahole in any of the brake lines. if not, then your master brake cylinder need to be replaced.

You need to do some bleeding on your brakes. There is a knob at the brakes that is referred to as nipple. You open it and have another person press the brake pedal until its hard to pump out the air within.

That's all.

When I go to dive then come to a complete stop then go to drive again my car does not want to drive normal its like its dragging takes a minute to build up speed it feels like im driving with the emergency...

ever do full tune up. (aka, doing the mileage based service points)

not doing them means the car will do exactly as you say.

every time. all cars, (gas)

my guess, is the EGR valve is sticking open,, but only if WOT works ok. that is wide open throttle , you floor it and it wakes up.

does it, then its EGR, leaking, clean it every 50k is the plan.

if it has lost power all the time all loads, all RPM , and WOT.a

then the fuel pressure is weak. (lots of reasons)

recap:

it seems the engine is good,it does wake up , so is probably good.

spark can always be bad spark (turnups do work)

bad fueling, (tests)

Bad EGR. (clean it)

Brake problems

Do you mean the pedal goes to the floor, or you push the pedal and the car does not stop ?

My problem is related to the brake pedal the first few times i have pressure if you insist always pressing the pedal loses pressure and goes to the bottom gearbox automatically stops responding and it

if when you push the brake peddle and it is hard at first then starts to fade towards the floor and you have no visible fluid leaks or noticeable fluid loss then your master cylinder is bypassing internally and needs replaced

How do you tell if a power brake booster is bad on a 1997 ford f150

Usually when the brake booster goes bad, when driving and trying to stop, the pedal is VERY hard to depress and the vehicle will not stop easily so don't drive fast, you will not be able to stop in short distances.

94 s10 chevy 2wd brake pedal fades to floor before stoping

Might check around the big black round muffin shaped chamber adjacent to the master cylinder for a loose vacuum hose or crack therin; the hissing sound seems likely to be the air rushing in as you loose the vacuum that supplies the power to assist your braking effort (power brakes)---as this goes, so goes your peddle until it reaches the actual piston pushing the brake fluid (which should be firm like with non-power brakes).
...maybe have an assistant push on the peddle while you listen with a piece of hose or a stethescope to find the leak (or I suppose the power unit diaphragm could be shot/leaking--hence replacement), but since you said after bumpy road etc, one could hope for a simple dislodged vacuum hose or fixable crack.

After changing front rotors and brake pads on my 1999 Accord LX, Brake peddle goes to floor despite pumping them maney times. I do not have brakes.

You need to bleed them well..
Open the master cap.. Open the bleed valve on each break and let the fluid run out NOT letting the master empty all the way..
Run a few pints through and tighten everything up and you should be good to go..

Brake peddle goes down all the way at stop lights

Don't drive the vehicle again until this brake problem is solved.

Check brake fluid level is ok.
If level is low look for fluid leaks on the brake system.
The master cylinder may have failed.
Have the brake system checked by a mechanic.
