Question about 1991 Honda Civic
We've replaced the battery, solenoid, dist. cap etc. I can hear the fuel pump, it's getting spark. It cranks but doesn't turn over. It started doing this all of a sudden.
Look thru oil cap have someone crank the car see if you rocker arms are moving. if no it is your timing belt
