My 1990 Tornado Trofeo turns off by it self

MY 1990 Oldsmobile Tornado Trofeo would start up and go but like 2 or three miles of driving it starts losing power when I press on the gas and eventually just shuts off, I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to start and sometimes it would lose power right when I put the car in drive and shut off again sometimes it would take up as long as 2 hours to start and go again. Any suggestions or thoughts on what this sound like.

My 1992 tornado trofeo back is lower then the front

Check your rear suspension. Load-leveling air suspension struts could be bad or leaking. Air suspension compressor could be inoperative. Air suspension compressor relay could be bad. Air lines from compressor to struts could be leaking, from cuts, cracks, or having rubbed through against the frame. Transverse leaf spring could be sagging.
And it's Toronado, not Tornado. Sacrilege!

We have a 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo. We opened the sunroof and now it won't close. Where do we start?

There is a small panel in the headliner (usually all the way back by the window) that if you remove it will reveal a mechanism you can use to crank it closed by hand.

i have 2 of them it either the PCM under the right side of the dash behind the glove compartment or it the crank sensor. If those dont fix the problem. The other thing is the distributorless ignition or othewise known as the coil packs. Replace the whole piece. Email me at doryhilll@yahoo.com

My 1990 oldsmobile trofeo brake pedal goes hard as a brick in some emergency stops.

Mine did the same thing but only when the fourth wheel speed sensor was dirty. The other 3 were already out, so when the 4th got dirty I lost my brakes.

1990 trofeo door panel removal

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
