Question about 1994 Nissan Pickup
Please help me. Forgive me if I am not using the proper terms. I am driving my husband's 94 Nissan truck and it needs an oil change---badly. While I was on my way to the store, I noticed a burning smell and that the truck started to vibrate quite a bit. It ended up stopping at an intersection. I tried to turn on the hazard lights or signal---nothing. When I tried to start the truck up again, it would make the sound as if it would turn over, but it would never "catch" (for lack of a better description). The radio still works.
When I called my husband and told him what happened, he indicated that burnt smell was the motor and that it locked up due to the fact that I didn't get an oil change.
The AAA representative said it may be the relay switch.
Can someone please help me and tell me what this sounds like???
Thank you in advance.
I would be inclined to agree with the AAA man if you can find the fuse box have a look for any blown fuses hope this helps regards Jim
