Question about 2001 Volkswagen Beetle
Everytime i slow down or stop it turnes on and it beeps 3 times every single time i do it and i changed my oil by my self so how do i get it to turn off is there a fuse or something i can disconnect to make it stop or should i take it in and get it repaired and if i do how much do you think that it will cost
If your car beeps like your gas light just came on every time you get above 3500 rpms, PARK THE CAR IMMEDIATELY and tow it to your mechanic. Driving it risks ruining your engine. This happened to my car the day after I bought it because the previous owner used regular gas instead of premium. I had to have an engine flush because of all the gunk. They replaced several hoses as well.
Also, if this is the problem you're having, its likely that you'll check your oil and it will be normal. My oil pressure light was flashing even though the oil level was normal and it had recently been changed. Don't let that fool you.
