Caliper loose would mean you have alot of noise and also your would notice HEAVY vibration along with extreme pulling. Seems more like the caliper may just be locking up and needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Calipers should never come loose unless the brakes where replaced and nobody tighten the safety pins correctly

The car slow down when in motion as if aplying break

sound like a short or a wiring problem, when the indicator has power is sending power into the brake and/or reverse wire. check if the brake lights come on when the indicator is on... if the vehicle has a towbar check or disconnect the wiring to the trailer connector. if not might have an issue with the tail light wiring.

Jerking and brake related issue

the jerking may be due to uneven braking on either side of the car it may be that a piston is stuck. need to take car off the road remove tyres then brakecalipers a good indication that a piston is stuck is when you disconnect the brake lines and pull pads/caliper of the rotor the piston will be extremely hard to move

Put new brakes on front and it's locking up.Why?

The flex hoses to the front calibers are likely restricted to the point that they will apply the brakes but they will only release them on their own good time.Either replace them or unfold the clamp near the bleeder and leave it loose to let the fluid return after braking. This may take a while ,but within 10 or so stops you should see a difference.

1999 Dodge Intrepid engine jerks, cuts off when slows down/stops

Amattison:

Make sure you are using an original key. I made a copy of my key, and the copy will not work. It will start, but then shut off. Appearantly there is a chip or something in the original.

according to the service manual there are two bolts hold the caliber to tthe adapter plate and the caliper should roll up and out. the only problem i could imagine is if the pads are hanging in the adapter
