Sounds like the fuel pump is defective, if the car has around 100,000 miles this is almost for sure.

When i turn the key i get dash lights ect. when i try to start the engine i get a (clickclickclick)sound.why?how fixd?

Change the starter relay. follow the positive cable to the relay, right by the battery. you can get the part at any auto parts store. take maybe 10 minutes. just follow the wiring from the old to the new, and two bolts secure it to the fender weld. I have a Taurus. Fix is about $10 to $20 depending on where you get it. hope this helps

Your Power Steering pump is were the noise comes from, the system fluid must be flushed until it's clean and the PS Pump replaced, around $300 to fix.
