Where is 'cold start valve'

Where can i get a diagram to identify the cold start valve on my 1997 honda accord please.

But yourself a chiltons or haynes manual from an autoparts store. it's about 20 bucks and can answer ALOT of your questions as to where certain components are located on your vehicle. I would say it's on the thermostat housing or inthe intake manifold though. get a manual. It will do you justice.

The monitor have reset,,To reset the monitor you need to drive a certain way,You will need 2 cold start up, then a shut down and another cold start up,Better yet go down the Conejo grade dont coast it ,You will also need more than 1/4 tank of gas for the evap to run.

IAB, IAC valve are bad
first check antifreeze for proper level when engine is cold by opening the rad, bleed air out

Crank and start but wont stay on


bad ignition,air flow sensor that keeps leaning out the mix and it stalls,bad iac idle control motor,start with a good tune up.cap rotor,wires plugs air filter and clean the throttle body.some honda cars have bad egr valves and the intake manifold has to come apart because it is plugged up inside with carbon.

Oil on spark plug


no, not a blown headgasket, remove the valve cover and inspect the spark plug hole seals(tube seals in the valve cover) replace if brittle and old. also change the valve cover gasket since u have it off...adjust the valves as well

Car won't start when cold


if the oxygen sensor is bad, then yes this is why you are having a problem, alot of cars will not start if the oxygen sensor is bad.

Stalling honda accord


hi..try to check your radiator,should be anti freeze coolant,and also check your engine oil try to buy oil suitable for cold environment...one thing more try to ask what kind of gas can go with cold weathers..

1997 HONDA ACCORD WOULD START


May be, Your coolant machine is working too hard.. Because when hot/summer day , if my machine in long journey , and you resting your car , the fan sound is still on although you turn off your machine.. It's means, the coolant machine , or your engine component must be changed... I hope so.
