I had the same problem with 2 different vehicles. Kept burning out the replacement bulbs, and they never lasted very long. I was told that I should never touch the bulbs with my bare hands/fingers because it transferred oil onto the bulb which would in turn create a hot spot on the bulb and cause it to burn out. I tried changing the bulb while wearing hospital type thin latex gloves. I also made sure not to touch the bulb to anything else while guiding it into its proper position. I know it sounds silly, and it may just be a coincidence, but I have not had the problem since I started installing bulbs this way.

You might be using a higher wattage of hallogen bulb. higher wattage bulb must have a relay so it'l stop from burning. and you save money.

I have a 1995 ford mustang and im experiencing something kinda werid if i let the car sit for more than a couple of hours my dome light doesnt work when i open the door but i can pull the headlight switch...

If you have a light control module then that is probably failing. However if the dome light is activated by small switches in the door pillars it is possible that the contact points may be rusty or have a bad earth.

Replaced several alternators on 2005 ford taurus but keep burning then up why

It depends on how they are failing.
If they are being overworked and the internal components are failing, it could be high resistance in the circuits between the alternator and the battery and ground. If the problem is bearing failure, it could be something with the way it is mounted.

Head light switch replaced 3x in last 6 months, connection plug to headlight switch burnt and interior lights are always on will not turn off, need door sensor tester

Headlight is probably not the problem, espeically in light of the burned plug, replace the plug and any wires leading up to it that are overheated or you will have continual problems. Once a connection overheats, it looses all temper and cannot squeeze tightly enough, and the material oxidizes, creating resistance, and both pieces need to be replaced or failure will occur again, quickly.

On the door sensor, meaning door light switch, unscrew it and disconnect the wire(s) at each switch.

2005 Honda CRV dome light goes out, but not burned out

Filament gets fractured, possibly by vibration of the roof lining. I have replaced mine 4 times and while the bulb looks OK it is high resistance, buy a few bulbs and replace them when it occurs.
