My 06 6L diesel has no power, and gets about 15mpg empty. It only has 17000 miles. No codes come up on the computer. Boost at 22lbs. Whats up?

REPLACE AIR FILTER.STOPPED UP AIR FILTER FILL EFFECT TURBO CHARGE PERFORMANCE.22 PSI IS OVER BOOSTING.CHECK VACUUM HOSE GOING TO WASTEGATE SOLENOID.MAKE VACUUM IS GETTING TO SOLENOID.IF GETTING VACUUM HAVE WASTE GATE CONTROL ROD ADJUSTED.THATS WHY YOU GETTING OVER BOOST.

why was injector module replaced and has the high pressure oil system been checked unless 500psi. minimum is seen it will not start the high pressure pump is located at rear of the valley under turbo pedestal
