You will have to change the power steering gear box . This will solve your problem.

If there is air in the system it will be hard to turn the wheel, make sure the fluid is at it correct level. you may have to check this a few times . If that all checks out and you still have the same problem you have to change the gear box.

Hello, we ran out of gas while driving, replaced gas now truck wont start. its a 2006 chevy suburban. it turns over but wont catch to start. help

First you will need to check that fuel is coming to the injectors. One way to do this, but you must be very careful, is to loosen the connection at the injector body, turn the key and check to see fuel coming through the tube. If it is then from there it could be the fuel injectors. Good Luck.

Hi there! I'm having a major problem with the power steering fluid pouring out of my 1998 Chevy 4x4 suburban...I was wondering if the entire unit may need replacing or it could be just as simple as a hose?...

Could be either, to check fill will power steering fluid, start engine, have some one turn steering wheel, and see if it's coming out of a hose or from the back of the power steering pulley, if it's a hose replace power steering hose, if it's from the back of the pulley, replace power steering pump, hope this was very helpful.

1994 Chevy Suburban Gear slippage

I have had that feeling in my 95 Blazer and it turned out to be a $15 fix. It was the U-joint. Crawl under there and wrap your hands around the drive shaft. Rotate it back and forth. If there is a lot of slop, then it is the U-joint.

I have a 95 chevy 2500 diesel and it runs great, except once in a while it dies and wont start. but if i wait a little bit it will start back up like nothing was wrong. any idea what it is?

Have you changed fuel and air filters lately? If not try that first, especially fuel.It could also be a
blocked fuel return line.
Pick up a copy of Haynes Diesel Engine Repair Manual, part # 10330, at your local auto parts store. It has an excellent troubleshooting section as well as repair and maintenance.
