Question about 2000 Nissan Maxima
I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE that has 115,000 miles on it-I had the check engine light go off and got engine misfire a few times and reset the code after also having to change my oxygen sensor. My car started eventually to shake at times when I drive or even when stopping at a red light. I changed the spark plugs no improvement at all, I got cylinder one misfire-is that the only coil Id need to change? Would that fix my problem or not? I really hate this shaking thing, because now the check engine light also blinks!
Cylinder 1 misfire, youre going to have the head re machined, any good mechanic shop that is known for engine repair can do that, id als have your cat converter looked at, not very often but sometimes the cat can become clogged causing it to shake, my gut is leaning toward your head though, you probably have a few bad valves,
