Might be transmission filter need to be replaced

This sounds like a vacuum control problem. Since part of the problem is when the engine is cold; a thermal switch is venting vacuum until the engine warms up enough to shut down the thermal switch, thus restoring a steady idle. Vacuum can be affecting high rpms while running too. You could have a misrouted EGR vacuum line opening the valve at the wrong time. There are sometimes hose routing decals on the radiator shroud or under the hood. These can be visibly checked.

This is more than likely just the resistor as a bad motor wouldn't start at all,And low refrigerant(Freon) has nothing to do with the blower.

Has anyone change the transmission fluid and used anything other than Honda ATF-Z1. If so, have the fluid/filter changed in this car and use only Honda Fluid. This is the only fluid that you can use in a Honda. Even if you have used the correct fluid an fluid/filter change may help. If that is not the case then I suggest you seek out a trusted professional.

Helps to remove the battery, but small ahbds can do it.
Directly behind the lens is a big round cap ... twist it off. The bulb is held in place with a spring that locks in to a notch in the holder. When handling the new bulb, don't touch the glass. The oil from your skin will cause it to shatter when turned on.
