Question about 2006 Honda CR-V
2006 Honda CRV rear seat won't fold forward, out of the way. I fold the back of the seat down but when I pull the cord to release the rear floor locks do the seat can tip forward the seat remains locked to the floor. Pulling the cord acts normal but the locks don't release.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I had the same problem on my '03. The seats would not fold down using the latch release as I had always done. So I tried a combination of pulling up on the side latch AND the top latch and the seat folded down. It really doesn't FIX the problem but circumvents offending defective part. I will use this method until it doesn't work then I might shell out the $$$$$ to the dealer.

SOURCE: Volvo V70 rear seatbelt jammed
i know this sounds rough, but pull the seat belt with both hands as hard as you can, this will more than likely free the seat belt, some of the seat belt may have jammed in the gear inside the roller box.......
