U will need to pull the super charger and replace all the bearings at once, don't do just one.

Supercharger pully is the only one that is not aligned , is there any way of getting it aligned,?

I take it we are talking about a GM 3.8L if you are having a problem with the belt squealing the supercharger is bad. you can not get new bearings for it. and you need to get a new one.

Problems you have when pulley is goin bad or is bad

Symptoms of a bad Pulley

1. It is noisy and squeals when it is rotated which is usually a bearing failure. You need to ensure that the fault is in the pulley and not in the belt. Serpentine belts can become very noisy and often owners think a pulley has failed when in fact the serpentine belt is worn and needs replacing.

2. If you remove the serpentine belt from the pulley and rotate the pulley it may not feel firm on its bearing. If you spin it it by hand it will be noisy.

Can u grease bearings 99 granprix turbo?

Well, lets see....there is no "Grand Prix Turbo" so I am assuming that you mean that your Grand Prix is a 3.8L that is equipped with a supercharger.

The supercharger bearings are lubricated with synthetic oil that is contained in the supercharger gousing. It is self-contained and does not rely on engine oil for lubrication. You can check the oil level in the supercharger by removing the plug in the supercharger housing (see diagram)

Squealing from the engine when started, but not for long, after driving or reving the engine it stops whats going on

the bearings on the idler pulley need to be oiled when the engine is warm the bearings start to move esier due to the amount of torque they are under if it still squeals after oiling you may need to replace the pulley. if you replace the pulley repace the belt with it, so you won't need to pull it apart for a second time.

2004 nissan xterra supercharge there is a noise in the turbo and im not sure what is causing this noise eighter the pully or a barring inside the turbo.

Superchargers are notorious for going through bearings. However to narrow it down take a spray bottle of water and as the car is running squirt some water on the pulley .If the noise goes away for a bit then its the pulley if not then it may be coming from the supercharger bearings. You can take them apart if you're handy and change the bearings out,if not its off to your local garage I'm afraid.Good Luck

Can the bearing on the supercharger be changed sperate?

You can replace the nose with bearing. If its making a clunking sound you will need the whole unit. Check out some of the people that rebuild these for more info.
