Make sure the fuel pressure is to spec (65-70)psi
These V-6 engines had problems with the fuel injection poppets. They would gum-up and cause a hard-no start problem.check with your local dealer, some injectors had extended warranty period, because of the problem.if you spray alittle carb spray in the intake, does it start?

First check for battery voltage. Then make sure you have a check engine light when the key is in the run position. Make sure the fuel pump relay is good. Check to see if there is power on one side of the injectors, if these wires have a short to voltage or ground the injectors will not funtion properly. In this system the injectors are supplied with constant power and ground controls pulse width. In these blazers and s-trucks PCM ground sees to become an issue. In mine I directly routed the system grounds to a metal body panel under the right side of the dash. In my Blazer I swapped out the motors and converted from and automatic to a manual transmission. And another problem I found was when I lifted the dash to install my clutch pedal, I broke my brake light switch. In an automatic the brake pedal switch interups the ses light circuit. If the PCM dosent sense the ses light on the system cannot ground. Good Luck with it, At the time I had completed my second of four automotive level so it took me a bit to figure it out on my own. Once I took my level 3 (electricl) it sunk in alot quicker. Happy hunting, don't get too pissed off.

SOURCE: 96 s10 won't start

I would start with checking the battery, belts and fuses. Some places like Autozone will check the battery under a load for free. If all that checks out, then move on to fuel and spark. That will give you a good indicator of where to go from there. If you have no spark then you are moving on to your coil, distributor, etc. If you have no fuel then you would check your filter, injectors pump etc. Keep in mind that a broken timing chain/belt will cause a no start condition as well, as will a faulty neutral safety switch, so if nothing else seems to add up you might check those as well. good luck

check your battery voltage first sir! it should not be at most 12 volts. if it's almost 10volts or lower, then it needs recharging or replacement, (which ever you prefer! you may having spark at 10volts but its not enough to ignite the air-fuel mixture inside the engine.
check also the air filter, there should be not water trace in it! check oil, should not be milky.

I would check n replace the fuel filter if needed. Also, it could be one of the spark plugs. Was it running before? Can you think of anything that happened or changed recently?

Make sure battery has a full charge. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.
If you have tbi fuel injection, fuel pressure is 9--13 psi.
If you have cmfi fuel injection, my info says 55--61 psi.

2002 chevy s10 turns over but will not fire after changing clutch

I can't imagine what could cause the engine not to start by just pulling the transmission out.
Are you getting spark to the plugs and fuel to the injectors ?
Fuel pump is running when you turn the key switch on ?

My 93 s10 2.8 just shut off and woulnt start, I'm

Are you not getting fuel to the throttle body? Or are you not getting any injector pulse? BIG DIFFERENCE!

If you have lost injector pulse and spark at the same time, the most likely cause would be a failed distributor module.

My chevy s10 2001 turns over but does not start its not getting gas to injectors

Well you need fuel to the injectors, a spark, compression, air and a signal to the injectors to fire for the engine to start.
So if you've got fuel, make sure you have spark to the plugs, the air filter is not clogged, compression is above 120, and the crank and cam positions sensors are good.

Have a 1994 chevy s10 blazer with a vortec 4.3 changed fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs, wires, and module in the disturbuter.still will not start

You need to check and make sure you have fuel pressure, then check for spark at ignition, if those check out then check for pulse width at the injectors. That basically is the electrical signal which tells injectors to spray fuel. Use what is called a Noid light on injector pulse width check. that will eliminate all possibilities other than internal issues with engine. I.E. broken cam, broken timing components, obviously if all I mentioned checks out then run compression test. Good Luck
