Pajero transmission oil change due?

At what mileage is the automatic gearbox oil due for change. I have a 1997 SWB Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8 Turbo diesel for the last number of yrs. It is a *** import and I have no service record or work manual.
It has completed 161,000 km (approx. 100,000 mls). I use it to tow a 21ft.pilothouse boat. Approx 1.5 tons.

How do i know if i need transmission oil for my pajero 2001

Probably more than you want to know, but here is the workshop manual on the transmission. I had a friend with a Pajero, and it had some kind of jangling bell if he went over 68 mph. Drove us mad going to the airport on a 325 mile trip.
