My rpm gage is not working, my speedometer is not working, my gas gage is not working, and my oil gage is not working, and my temperature gage is not working pretty much when i start up my car and drive it...

I'd wager that the fuse that controls the gauges is shot, or one of the internal connectors got unplugged (Fuse sounds more likely). Radio, Lights, and Turn Lamps are usually on seperate circuits.

Speedometer on my 1985 300zx does not work... it is not digital.. i just need a place to start.. thanks

I would start by checking the end that goes into the transmission and see if the plastic gears are worn out. It is usually easier to remove this from the transmission and see if it works by turning it to see if you get any movement in the speedometer in the dash. It is much harder to pull the dash out to see if there is a problem with the connection there.

Odometer and speedometer don't work sometimes

speed sensor runs all three gages. Sounds like trans might have lose or missing bolts. Get it checked out.

1985 t-bird, fuel gauge constantly reads full

I really doubt it is the fuel gage. You can test the gage by hooking a C cell battery to the wires from the tank. If it pegs the gage is good. You will need to go to Ford to get the sending unit. I doubt they will have this in stock, but they will order it for you. I would not even consider an aftermarket sending unit. Stick to the original Ford part. You will be happier with the results.
