Question about 1995 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
I started my car this morning but it wouldn't run, so I popped the hood and shook the wiring harness (I have been having some problems with the harness and usually playing with it would do). It started and began shaking, and then I notices that it started smoking and smelling gas. I tried a few things but nothing worked. Upon checking the spark plugs, I found that the first plug was wet (others were fine). I check and confirmed electric current was getting to all the plugs, but still it appears that the first cylinder is not functioning well. With current at the plug, but the plug still getting wet, and the shaking (and power loss) I couldn't tell what is the problem. ( I even changed the plug--the other one got wet too). Could you please help me? I have a 1995 e320. thanks
Hello,if oil is presence, valve seal or valve guide are defective or if fuel is in your plug ,check your injector nozzle(spray pattern)ty
