Near the battery you will find a box with fuse links in, one of them
will have blown, you can bridge it temporary with a piece of wire until you get the new one from your local dealers.hope this helps

I have a 1993 gmc sonoma, put a new ecm in it but it willn't tern over, lights will com on tho an if i cros the starter the plugs wont fiyer

The problem is in the start circuit if the starter won't engage from the key. From battery to ignition switch to neutral park safety switch to starter relay to starter solenoid to starter to ground and back to battery-lights come on so switch is good, next check the neutral safety switch for power in and power out.
Once you get the start circuit working so starter engages from the key, then you can address the ignition circuit for possible no spark.

1989 jeep cherokee limited lost all electrical power

Battery voltage is not a good indicator of the state of a battery.
Your starter can draw as much as 160 amps when trying to turn your engine. Turn on the ignition again and turn on the head lights as well. Are the bright or dim?? If they are dim, your battery is flat.
You may be able to charge it up, but that depends on how old it is as they have a service life which may have expired.

1996 4x4 4cyl wont crank starter batt good no volts to s term on starter

You may want to check your ignition switch? If your ignition switch is bad then it will not allow electrical power to your starter. I hope this helps.

Lost all power all of a sudden 1977 corvette

do you know what fuse links are,and what they look like? usually down at the starter, the 2 or 3 hot wires besides the main battery cable all connect they feed the power to the fuse box, ignition and accessories, they have black square rubber blocks on them usually 3 or 4 inches from the starter they are built in fuses in the wires themselves check continuity throught them,if you already know about them ,the head light switch and the ignition switch are the first place i would look ,especially if they are original

that is a starter solenoid problem.

starter has its own solenoid. the big round thing besides the real motor.

it has contacts inside which could be worn out .

that is why sometimes it make contact and sometimes not.
