You need to take the ashtray out and remove the screw behind it. then it is located on the right side of wheel. spead the dash apart and its still hard to get to.

I have a1997 Chevy 1500 and I am wondering were is the flasher relay at.

Most cars the flasher relays are up under the dash not far from the steering column. I had several makes of cars and they all were up there.

The location of emergency flasher on 1989 chevy s10 blazer

It's been a while. But one of two locations. The fuse panel under the dash. One side holds the turn signal flasher, on the back side right behind the TS flasher is the hazard flasher. Both are the same. The next place is hanging on the wire/plug. it is hanging off the steering column close to the dash. Again both flashers look and are the same.

'88 Chevy S10 pickup with flashers working only on driver side. Hazards work fine so I was told to replace the flasher relay. Does that sound reasonable and if so where is the relay located? If not,...

logically NO. if flashers work on one side, doesn't that tell you its OK? the flasher doesn't know left or right. what do you mean be "not working"? I would suspect the turn signal switch.

1997 Chevy Blazer four way flashers working but no left or right turn signals work, help!

find your owners manual, use it to find your fuse panel, read the legend and locate the turn signal flasher and the emergency flasher, exchange them as they are identical. make a mental note to drop by a car parts store and pick up a replacement some day. when you get the replacement, put it in the signal flasher socket and put the old one back into the emergency flasher socket.

I have a 1996 chevy s-10pick-up truck my blinkers are not working 4-way flashers are ok,fuses are ok,light bulbs are ok.where is the relays or flasher?

Flashers are generally located either under the dash (they hide them behind the horizontal panel) under the hood in the fuse box.

Also, relays can be hidden under the hood or in the fuse box.

The interior fuse box is where the 'turn signal' fuse is located.
