Not necessarily, Dryeness can cause this. Had this once on my Lancer Evo. Still there when cleaned the car?

Try the moisture trick still. Hub caps have another similar problem and cause such a problem you never think of. Other causes are more expensive. Strut problem is eliminated to see the dampening effect still at work. Squeek when not driving are your tyres.

For one, something can't move freely

My 99 Cadillac deville squeals when I turn right

Check the upper strut mount and struts, on both sides. a strut mount may be bad and squeeks when turning wheel. The strut mount is where the struts hook to on the top under hood. Good-Day! could also be a bad strut.

05 Maxima squeeking from front. changed control arm and 2 motor mounts and still

The steering column shaft mounts to the rack and pinion steering gear with a type of u-joint and a pinch bolt to hold the steering column shaft tight on the rack and pinion stub shaft. This coupling may have gotten loosened, so you should check it. It is all hidden by the boot over the steering column on the floor. If you can get the boot to slide upward a bit, I think you can see the coupling. Or, you may need to look at it from underneath. The rack's stub shaft is on top of rack right where the steering column would come from the floor.
Here's an idea: put the front up on jack stands or blocks. Then you could watch and listen while someone turns the steering wheel back and forth.

Ticking in motor after engine heats up- do you keep your oil changed every 3,000 miles? Broken down and dirty oil will cause this. Squeek over bumps could be bad strut or it could be related to the harsh grinding noise going around turns. That is indicative of a bad CV joint or wheel bearing.
Raise car on side noise is coming from. Grab wheel with both hands and pull/push on wheel then wiggle back and forth. Feel excessive play? Grab drive axle also doing same thing feel for play or notice if rubber boot on drive axle torn or separated from axle. Usually you will feel play or notice a kind of clunking. I would say replace CV joint and wheel bearing at the same time as one will usually affect the other and both will be bad if one has went out. Not an easy fix and requires special tools. Take to a qualified mechanic, it will save you a big headache.

Im not sure if it is a power steering problem but when I turn the wheel (mostly on the right) I hear some squeeking sounds. I just bought this car and I am unfamiliar about "noises".

Are you moving when you hear the sounds? If not it could be a bad ball joint or a bad strut. Both will squeak when you turn the wheel when still. If you can grease the ball joint it will usually go away, but it is starting to wear out and really should be replaced. If it is the strut it needs to be replaced.
Hope that helps.

be sur eif noise ics brake related ot not. if you are sitting still and turningck the brakes, cheap or incorrectly lubed pads may cause noises. the backs and any contact points and/or caliper slide pins should be lubed with a silicone based grease

Sounds like a bad ball joint. Pry with a bar to see if there is a lot of play.

My 2004 chevy tahoe makes a squeaking noise while driving and now there's brake dust forming on the rims.

If the squeeking is happening over bumps, and is not related to breaking, it could be a bearing in the steering linkage. My tahoe is doing the same thing, and my local garage says it is only a dealer fix. That is why I am searching this site now, is to find out if anyone else is complaining about this. I was told that GM is fully aware of this problem.
