In 2000 they did not come with cabin filters. However, you can convert to a cabin filter if you like. IF you would like to verify that you do not have one then do the following:
All You Have To Do Is Remove The Passenger Side Underdash Panel Which Reveals The Blower Motor Area. It's Kind Of Hard To See Up So You May Need To Use A Mirror, But You Will See A Formed Plastic Outline.

The cabin filter is located under the black plastic covering
the wiper mechanics on the passenger side. The wiper
arm has to be removed and the plastic plate going across has to be raised
slightly to reach the filter.
The cabin air filter is located under the windshield wiper cover on the passenger side of car open your hood to see the access panel.
Gently remove the filter housing retainer clips or screws and remove the filter, gently tap the filter, if you see dust falling from the air cleaner it is filled to capacity and needs to be replaced.------------------This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
