No year, no model no joy , for sure no exact answers.....
keys in pocket?
the HL are unique on all cars. they are hot at all times (safety reasons)
and as such if 2 parts fail, (either) they can in fact stick on.
1: head switch bad.
2: Head light relay bad. (hit it with screw driver held backwards) smack it. bam off?
can be bad wiring but that is always true for every thing on car. elect.
if a serious, all this wiring is here, just log in.

Rear light and brakelight don't work when headlights are turned on 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My first guess would be a ground problem.
The headlights and tail lights are controlled by the same headlight switch, but the brake lights are on a totally different circuit.
You may have to get a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams needed to troubleshoot the circuits if the ground connections are ok.
The lights involve the body computer and other components.

WHER IS THE FAN RELAY SWITCH ON A 2002 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

I is under the passenger side headlight. I have had to change mine a few times now. The proper way to do it is to remove the front bumbper to gain access. Crazy I know. The jeep dealer showed me a quicker way. Remove the headlight, cut a hole through the bumber under the headlight( you won't see the hole as the headlight will cover it up), and this will give you access to the relay.

Headlights do not work.Have 2002 Jeep Wrangler, replaced multi switch on colum, checked fuses and headlight bulbs, still do not work.

if you checked the fuses for the headlights, pull back on turnsignal handle to see if you have high beam over ride,
if you do i would think it was the headlight switch
