Ohmigosh ! If it is coolant, feels slippery and smells like it? it is probably the heater core inside the heater case. It can't be fixed, but has to be replaced.
Look under the hood on the firewall where the two heater hoses go in-any sign there of a hose leaking? The hoses go right into tubes or pipes that are soldered to the heater core, so the hoses show you exactly where the heater core is located under the dash.
If you want to attempt changing the heater core, first buy a repair manual for the Frontier. The chapter on heating and cooling will have the heater core removal and replacement procedure, step by step. Read it and see if you want to do it-on some cars or models, it is easy, there is a cover plate to remove and then slide the core out...BUT on a lot of vehicles, the entire instrument panel has to be removed from the car to get to the heater core, a pretty big job. I have taken apart quite a few dashes and instrument panels ( and even put a couple back together), believe me, it is not for the faint hearted. So many screws to keep track of, so many electrical connections to be pulled apart, so much plastic to break. Not trying to dissuade you, just letting you know it can be a bear ! Your local library might have some repair manuals where you could find the procedure for your Frontier. Or stop in at the Nissan dealer and talk to a mechanic or parts person-they might be able to tell you if you have to remove the dash to get to the heater core.
Try to determine if it is coolant. Has enough leaked out yet that your coolant level in the radiator is low?

Sounds like either the water pump or the thermostat housing. The water pump has a small hole in the bottom where the shaft comes through, when the water pump gets worn it will leak here so you know to replace the pump. The thermostat housing will be at the motor end of the upper radiator hose where it attaches to the motor. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: how to a remove the wiper arm
Most windshield wiper arms usually fail due to a loose nut or rusted and
worn out parts. Fixing this depends on how the wiper arm attaches to
the vehicle. Fixing wiper arm failure is usually as easy as tightening
a nut or replacing a worn out or rusted part.
Here is a step by step guide on fixing this issue.
Step1
Mark the existing wiper position on the windshield using a crayon. This
will help you align the wiper arm correctly when you install a new one.
Alternatively you can use the Trucks
own markings. At the bottom center of the windshield you will see
writing and three small dots. The wiper should rest on top of these
dots.
Step2
Follow the wiper arm down to where it connects with the Truck. You should find a hinged cap at the end.
Step3
Lift this cap to reveal the nut and screw underneath.
Step4
Use a wrench (or socket and ratchet) to loosen the nut.
Step5
Remove the nut completely, leaving the screw stud exposed and the wiper arm free to be removed.
Step6
Lift the arm straight up. Wiggle the arm and pull upwards at the same
time until the arm slides free of the screw. If it seems stuck, push
the arm back down and proceed to Step 7.
Step7
Use a battery cable puller to pry the arm loose. Arrange so the large
puller screw cap sits on top of the wiper arm screw. The outside arms have flat fingers that should be fitted underneath the
wiper arm.
Step8
Grasp the handle at the top of the puller and turn clockwise. The
puller screw will push down on the wiper arm screw and simultaneously
pull up on the wiper arm. A few slow turns should pop the wiper arm
free.
