Question about 2004 Kia Sedona
The fuse panel is on the left side kick panel as you sit in your drivers seat by your e-brake where your left foot sits. The fuse is clearly labeled and is noted in the owners manual. I had the same problem with mine. My fuse was fine. Went to dealer and bought a replacement lighter. Works fine now.
be careful if you replace with a lighter other than the one for your vehicle. It may be off a little size wise and not make proper contact and still not work...........been there done that.

I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.

That's where a $5.00, 12 volt test light comes in handy. All you have to do then is touch tip on ends of fuses to see if they are good or not. No pulling fuses and no head scratching wondering which one it might be. If you have power on one side, but not the other, you found the blown fuse. It certainly is not uncommon to find the bad fuse, labeled wrong, or added in with something else that makes no sense at all.
