Have someone listen for the fuel pump to turn on when you turn the key to the on position if you don't hear it then you may need to replace it.

Landrover 1995 v8i wont start, has fuel at rails and spark and the starter turns the motor good, i changed the following already filters, plugs, coil, ingnition module, airflow meter. what could be th

Go to Autozone.com and register your vehicle for free, then you can get free fusebox and wiring details. Another site is alldatadiy.com

This sounds like you may have fuel at the rails, but do you know if the injectors are opening? You can assumed that the cam position sensors are working to fire the plugs and should work the injectors. There is a light test unit which may be borrowed to insert in the injector harness to determine if each connector is firing.

The throttle position sensor may be bad. You can check the connector end of this part with an ohmmeter to see if you have resistence when the throttle is moved.

Thats all I have for now.

Spray starting fluid in throttle body to see if it starts if so change the fuel pump. Check fuel pump make sure it is kick on the fuel pressure should read 30 psi to start the truck.

I have a 1995 impala ss with lt1 motor it wont start i changed the cap&rotor, starter, ingnition modulator, fuel filter and it still wont start

First thing I'd check is the optispark sub harness. Check both connections, the one by the optispark and the one on the passenger side of the intake manifold. Disconnect both sides and check for corrosion. This is a known weak spot on these motors.

If that checks out your going to want to start with the basics. Do you have spark and fuel? Pull the spark plug wire for a cylinder and using a spark tester test for spark while cranking. You want to have a nice blue spark. If you have good spark check for fuel pressure by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to the shrader valve on the fuel rail. It should be in the high 40s - low 50s. If you have fuel also, check to make sure the injectors are getting a pulse using a noid light.
