I cant find the flasher for my 1990 honda civic hatchback... not the turn signal relay, but the flasher it'self, ive replaced everything imaginable for the turn signals and nothings working.. when you turn them on no blinking, no clicking sound, nothing.

turn 4 way flashers on and listen for the clicking noise...turn signals should be next to the flasher relay..in some cases they use the same one..if a light is out, check and replace it..
Relays buzz when they are not getting enough power either due to a power wire with a high resistance in it or a ground with the same problem,check the harness manually to see if you can find a loose or corroded conecter or ground point.
