There should be a menu button on an auxillary button on your stereo.

I replaced the radio in my 98 expedition and no sound from speakers

Your car stereo may have an auxiliary amplifier. The fuse for that may be blown and not turning on and no sound coming out.

No sound but radio has power

Check to see if your speaker wires are cut from the radio to the speakers. Not all of the speakers will stop working at the same time. On my 2001 expedition, the front worked but not the doors or rear. I found a cut speaker wire that is located behind the windshield trim above the stearing wheel where someone had installed an air freshener with a screw

My speakers just stopped working. what is the problem? the head unit still has power and seems to be working fine though.

Does your car have the Mach system, if so the amp has went out or the connection for the amp in the back of the radio is defective. I have a 2001 Expedition with the Mach system, and this is a major problem with these system's. I've replaced the amp, but it didn't work, so I was told to check the connector in the back of radio, sometimes those come disconnected, but that wasn't it either. And now I know the connection on the back is bad. Are all of the speaker not working or just the bass sub/subs

I hope you used an adapter to plug into the factory wires .... and if all your connections are correct ... I would verify that you have a good ground (touch a wire from a good clean bare metal directly to the radio's metal case) .... and check fuses .... Radio and clock fuses .... certain expeditions have amplifiers and subwoofers built into them and may not be compatible with your radio .... need more info

Heat levels..

need new technician.if the blower motor works even with only one speed than the blower motor works and did not need replacement.sounds like blower motor resistor or resistor wiring, when there is a problem with the resistor or wiring you will only have one speed, this way you atleast have if your tech replaced the blower motor when it worked and did not need replacement then it sounds like he is just throwing parts at it,you have to wonder if he really checked anything.have the resistor and wiring checked and if ok then check the heater control head and wiring.
