There is a cover (coil & ignition module assembly) 4 bolts on the very top of the motor, disconect the electrical connector (drivers side), remove the 4 bolts pull up on the assembly, sometimes the rubber boots come off the coil assembly(pull them with pliers carefully) you now have access to the (5/8 socket spark) plugs,
Good luck

Trace the plug wires and they should be in the valve covers. just pull out the plug wire and look in the hole of the cover you should see the plug way down there

Fuse blown which fuse is for cigarette lighters in the car

The fuse panel or fuse block, may be in the glove box.
Each fuse that you see is described to be for one or more circuits, and the amp rateings of each fuse in the circuit,is on the fuse itself. On Olds cars the Cigar liter is a 20 amp, and for that circuit only! It will be labled near the fuse. Pul it out and look at it if the fuse looks burned replace it, if it looks good, check both sides of it with a test lite, with ignition on! Both sides should have Battery voltage!

Ignition Distributor location

There is no cap and rotor, as the vehicles igntion system is DIS (digital ignition system). The recommended tune-up on these motors require sparkplug and coil replacement. The coil type in this vehicle is COPs (coil over plugs). Usually moist and oxidation develope on the sparkplug chamber walls from faulty or worn coil boots. This causes the coil to short, they must be replaced at 75,000 miles at the same time the sparkplugs are replaced. Typical symtoms are: Vehicle stalls (restarts and runs normal), intermitted jerks/sputter while driving, misfires, rough idle, severe power loss. Hopefully this helps

Car has no power and sounds like its starving for fuel. please help!

It may not neccessarily be starving for fuel, but may be begging to exhale. Your catalytic converter may be clogged. This will cause a loss of power.

No heat

If thermostat was re-installed correctly then I'd say, remove rad cap, start engine, turn heat on & let coolant circulate for a while with cap off to remove air-locks in system. Rev the engine up slightly, once in a while to increase the flow through the system. I usually let the rad fan come on 2 or 3 times before I put cap back on, just to be sure all air is out of the system. Let me know if that does it.
