Where do two BLK/WHT wires connect to battery?

Actually, not ALL cars have connected two BLK/WHT cables to the battery; bet most dont, or cables are different. Maybe if you should specify make, model and year of your car, someone might recognize those cables.
Does your car starts up without connecting those cables? If does, take your car to an electricist else, call one.
Even if I don't have the faintest idea what for are those cables, i believe that connecting them incorrectly might harm your car.

How do you remove and replace the battery on a 2005 RX8 without harming the electronics or ecu?

Just make sure the key is off, then disconnect the battery-negative terminal first, then the positive. If key is off, no harm will be done when replacing the battery. When hooking up new battery, positive first, then the negative. In that order, because were you to hook up negative first, you can cause a spark when tightening the positive, if your wrench were just to touch a metal piece while tightening the cable end bolt. So, taking off: negative first, then the positive; putting on-positive first, negative last.

How do I replace battery without harming Security system or CPU?

You can use a small clip on jumper cable on a spare battery to clip on your cars battery terminal and keep the car powered while you disconnect the old battery , they do sell a Plug that holds a 9v battery which you can plug into your cigarette or what they have now a 12v outlet plug so nothing is lost when you swap your battery. I think I saw Walmart selling them in the auto battery department. Most important, unplug Negative first and plug Negative last!
