Question about 2003 GMC Envoy
77,800 relatively speaking trouble free miles and the oil pressure gauge (no shudder or over heat so may be gauge/sensor only) has now started to intermittently drop dramatically to or near to zero below 1000 rpm AND less than 10 mph. this is intermittent as i said with no rhyme or reason and both factors (speed and rpm's) must be present for the anomalous behavior to occur.
it's got plenty of oil. ideas?
An oil pressure sending unit is really not an expensive item nor difficut to change . Probably the answer , sending units faulter frequently. Hope this helps
