Question about 1992 Toyota 4Runner
Turn on key to start get no responds,checked battery and termenals all have 12 volts
If you don't get a click at all, your starter may be losing it's solenoid. there's a panel in the right fenderwell that the starter is behind. get that panel off and lightly tap the starter with something. if it fires right up, the solenoid is sticking.
